Job Title: Deputy Recorder/Clerk
Department: McIntosh County Recorder/Clerk
The deputy position requires someone who enjoys working in a highly structured, deadline oriented and constantly changing fast-paced environment. The ability to navigate and understand software; learn and apply many procedures and rules; pay attention to detail; give excellent customer service; show initiative and dependability are required to be successful. A basic knowledge of land transactions would be beneficial but not required; and, be able to lift at least 30 lbs. The McIntosh County Board of Commissioners are looking to hire one individual for the Road Crew in Ashley, ND. For a motor grader operator. Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screenings, and must be able to do heavy lifting. Competitive salary with benefits. Deadline for applications is June 11, 2025.
